As founder of ASTEK Software (1988- 1991), AS Technology Consulting (1992- ) and AS Academy (2011- ), Tolay currently builds CMS-Powered (Sharepoint, Joomla, ... ) websites for organizations large and small, designs and implements corporate networks and server systems from end to end, gives it management & security consultancy for small and large Businesses. Tolay holds an MS from Boğaziçi University and an undergraduate Electronic and Communications Engineering degree from the Istanbul Technical University. He resides in Istanbul.
